Being sensitive is being open and receptive and allowing your heart to do its work whenever there is work to be done. Your emotions are not there to be escaped from or dealt with. They are there to be felt. “Why” you feel them is not important. “How” you feel them is everything. Having a strong back bone means being present in your feelings and powerfully filtering them both consciously and subconsciously. It’s a subjectively beautiful ongoing process. Destroy the idea that being sensitive has to do with weakness.
